Salman Khan Dabbang Khan Katrina Kaif and few others artists have been Sued in US by Promoter

A US based Indian American Promoter Monty Saiyed have filed  Lawsuit against Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif and Sonakshi Sinha and Prabhu Deva and Few more alleged “breach of contract”.

Vibrant Media Group LLC (Monty Saiyed ) US based Promoter has recently shared his side of story in his personal blog and he also mentioned Salman Khan was my best friend

How Salman Khan almost made me loss everything like the mans family he was accused of killing!

Salman Khan and his legal troubles are well-known.  He has been implicated in the death of a homeless man while he was drunk.  He has been convicted of killing harmless endangered black buck gazelles.  My mistake was believing his story that he is being unfairly targeted and expecting honesty and professionalism from him and his team.

Recently i filed a lawsuit against Salman Khan, because he took my money and instead of keeping his word, showed his absolute lack of principals, honesty and professionalism.

Naturally, you will wonder – Why NOW? Why a lawsuit after 5 years?  Because he fooled me.  He said he would perform for me and instead he is going behind my back and performing.

I never said anything before or came out with my side of the story about Salman Khan when I should have, because I believe in being loyal to my friends and Salman was a friend.

Now let me elaborate, This is not the first time I’ve worked with Salman, I have done shows earlier with him as well.

First in 21 june 2003 and and again on 19 may 2006

Both times, the promoters of the show lost a huge sum of money, and yet on professionalism and ethical grounds, the promoters stood by Salman and these shows were delivered. Those times were different but times have changed and so has salman, although I regret to say, not for the better.

I created the concept of 100 years of Bollywood in 2013, I designed the show, I organized the sponsors, the venue, the visa for the artists, marketing and advertisement.  I got people excited and upon my reputation, many people committed their time, energy and resources.  Only upon my word that Salman khan will be signed in for the event.  There were many different celebs from bollywood including Salman, Katrina, Sonakshi, Prabhudeva… – wait a minute, doesnt this sound and look familiar? Looks like the “new” show that’s to be touring this summer, isn’t THAT new after all?  So they stole my money, my idea, my hard work and don’t want to pay me back.  Typical Salman!

These celebs who were assigned for the show were paid deposits including salman.  We are not talking about small sums.  We are talking about almost half a million dollars in advance deposits, which were wired directly into their accounts. No questions asked.The IL tourism and city of hoffman estates came onboard the historical event, the show was announced and tickets were on sale.

But Guess what, Once again salman khan past came to haunt him and us.  Remember 2013? The hit and run case was re-opened, he was arrested and all the drama happened.  We could have changed artists and gone for someone else.  We didn’t.  We ended up postponing the show, and I stood by My friend salman, took all blame to myself and never opened my mouth about the details.

So many critics came up to me with all the predictable question “why show the was postponed”?  They called me chor.

The Indian media called me relentlessly and kept on questioning the reason “why this show was postponed The reality was, salman was convicted in the hit and run case and he wasn’t allowed to travel.  Because, now, a blameless poor man’s life was involved.

“Har zulm tera yaad hai, mein bhoola to nahi hoon, aye wada faramosh main tujhsa toh nahi hoon”

Since then, I am waiting for my money. A few months after that, I heard Dabang tour was about to come out.  I thought at least then, the artists will return my money.  I was wrong in expecting a call from salman or anyone from his team, I realised they don’t want to return my money.  As i valued my friendship which i had with him(salman), I didn’t want to make this ugly, But i was left deceived and realized he and his team management are not interested in returning the money.  Now, the other artists who took my money, katrina, prabhu deva, ranveen singh, sonaksh sinha and others.  None of them even offered to return my money.

FEW WEEKS AGO,I WAS GIVEN A MESSAGE BY A FRIEND, THAT HE WAS INFORMED BY ” ONE OF THE SALMAN’S TEAM MEMBER THAT “IF MONTY DOES ANYTHING USAY UPAR SE CALL AAIGA ” Yaane ki?

So when you pass on a message to me saying “upar sai call aayegi”Toh yeh lo…“Ab toh lawsuit bhi file hogaya hai, jisko jo ukhadna hai ukhad le”

“All calls to Mr Khan, his agents, and other artists, for the return of the funds have gone unanswered,” the group said as it sought damages of at least USD 1 million.

According to the complaint, Vibrant Media paid more than USD 200,000 to Salman Khan in advance of the concert to be held at the Sears Centre in Chicago on September 1.

Katrina Kaif was paid USD 40,000 and Sonakshi Sinha USD 36,000. None of these funds have been returned, it alleged.

The lawsuit, filed by Chicago-based Vibrant Media Group before a Northern District Court of Illinois, Eastern Division on June 10, has been assigned to District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman.
